Draper and Kramer is committed to providing the most effective and efficient leasing services to our clients.

All of our properties have iPads that they use for leasing and touring units. These iPads are interactive and allow prospects to view floor plans, pictures, apply, and e-mail themselves documents.

The iPads also sit at the front desk so residents can fill out work orders and reviews easily.

Financial Reporting

Draper and Kramer uses Yardi for its management and reporting systems. We provide a thorough snapshot of the monthly activities for our properties in a Monthly Report package. Our accounting procedures can be modified to accommodate ownership’s requirements.

To ensure that best practices are maintained, internal audits are done throughout the year. Some areas audited include vacant apartments, rent roll, payroll, petty cash, security deposit interest, A/R processing, A/P processing, laundry collections, and utility billing.

Lease-Up Services

The lease up phase of a new building remains the most critical part of determining the success of a new apartment building. It requires careful planning, experienced closers, and a marketing plan designed to attract the correct market segment for the property.

By designing a plan built around a sales funnel, the lease-up process can be turned from a messy and unorganized risk into a predictable, milestone-marked success.
